Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

Return Process

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
